AFter a couple of delayed starts due to the earthworks outside the depot, the team was back in action again this week with the two jobs at Buckland putting in waymark posts on ABU34 and also tie in the lopping of the fir trees adjacent to the Buckland Manor footpath ABU17.

Jeremy, Mike, Pat, John B, Simon and Andy completed the tasks on what looked like a great day.

Unfortunately we found out afterwards of John B having this as his last mission.  I am sure we all wish him well in his "retirement" from the wardens as one of, if not the, longest serving members of the Tuesday team.  John started in 2012.

Plus a few action shots of JB on his last mission

9 of us (Vin, Mike, Jeremy, John B, John R, Simon, Dave, Pat, me) joined by Cerian from the land owners and CNL Glorious Grasslands to put in a permissive path above the church at Saintbury. Great pics from Mike and a good result for a previously steep PROW.  This was followed by a "team meeting" back in Broadway.

Two teams today: Team 1 (Jeremy, John W, Simon, John B, Pat and Dave) went back to Willersey to put in the second kissing gate on Willersey Hill fields. Clearly practice makes perfect as the gate was put in in record time despite the stoney ground. After pictures awaiting fence to marry up   Team 2 (team of 2) was Mike and Lawrence.  Two tasks: fitting a grid over a ditch in the run up to a field gate at Greystones Farm; the second was installing a way marker on HCC29 below the abbey fields in Chipping Camden.  Grid protection for ditch by gate Chipping Camden waymarker
