 A team of Vin, Jeremy, Mike, John B and Lawrence set off to Chipping Campden to clear a path for Vin to walk his dogs at the.  Mike on Stella 2 and Jeremy on the long hedge trimmer with John B on a two blade brushcutter.  Unfortunately the strimmer was useless in the long grass so Lawrence went back and brought the big brushcutter down to finish off some of the deeper stuff.  Vin was on clean up duty with the rakes.

Following this there was a second short job but no pictures were taken.

After clearance work and unloading a group met with the Winchcombe team to see the Broadway and Winchcome stores for consolidation and had a look at the location and a fitted out 40' container on the Winchcombe GWSR site.

Interesting project to remove a ladder stile and replace with a traditional step stile on Seven Wells (HCC55) between Chipping Camden and Snowshill.  After some initial destructive work to get the old stile out and some hefty digging into stoney ground the job was completed by a small team of Mike, Vin, John W, John B, Pat, Dave and Lawrence.

Two teams today: Team 1 (Jeremy, John W, Simon, John B, Pat and Dave) went back to Willersey to put in the second kissing gate on Willersey Hill fields. Clearly practice makes perfect as the gate was put in in record time despite the stoney ground. After pictures awaiting fence to marry up   Team 2 (team of 2) was Mike and Lawrence.  Two tasks: fitting a grid over a ditch in the run up to a field gate at Greystones Farm; the second was installing a way marker on HCC29 below the abbey fields in Chipping Camden.  Grid protection for ditch by gate Chipping Camden waymarker
